I am glad that senior property manager, Deli Dinh manage our property rental unit at Zen. She is polite, thoughtful and very committed manager in terms of addressing our issues despite many challenges in our case. Reliable & Trustworthy Agent. This is the 2nd time we had engaged Sophia to sell our property in Melbourne, on both occasions she had successfully sold our property. I found Eamon Chau, from Melcorp Real Estate, to be thoughtful, composed, and effective in his communication and problem-solving approach. He is considerate and patient, taking the time to suggest new plans and giving them the necessary time to activate. He also has a calm exterior, which helps to maintain focus and perspective.
At the same time, Eamon is not afraid to be straightforward and tell it like it is. He is honest with you and keeps you updated on the progress of things. If a plan doesn't work out, he was willing to learn from it and move on to the next best option.

I rented an apartment for a year in the CBD with Melcorp. First of all, the apartment came to me in a subpar state – trash (plastic bottles, used tissue paper) was found beneath the beds, kitchen cabinets had stains, etc. Admittedly, as a first time renter, I did not fill in my condition report as thoroughly as I should have. Filed 2-3 maintenance requests about my ensuite bathroom emitting a foul, strong sewage smell – no response. Even had the person who came for a routine inspection of the place (Sherzan) notified of the smell, who promised me in person that he would file a report and get someone to have it fixed, STILL did not hear anything back. On a separate note, I was hoping to continue renting the place and renewing my lease, but I got word from them that the rent would be increased by $250 a week (ridiculous pricing, even for Melbourne's rental crisis). When asked for justification for why the price jump was so high, Shelly Lau was incredibly dismissive. Did not answer my questions (relevant and politely worded), did not provide the information I requested, only responded with sweeping statements like "Please let me know if you'd like to move out" (paraphrasing). She also in the past spoke to me over email very crudely and unprofessionally. I just gave up and opted to vacate. Now that I'm out, a new agent Katrina Zhang pointed out a handful of minor marks/stains (which were already in the place when I moved but I didn't include in the condition report) and told me it would take $760 off my bond to repair. Not only is she incredibly rude in our email correspondence, she also refused to provide a breakdown of the cost and how they arrived at $760 until asked repeatedly, which is a ridiculously exorbitant amount. Did not give me enough time to sort out a solution either (communicated this on Tuesday, new tenant moves in Friday same week). This company also refused to provide spare keys (I only had one set the entire time), and charged a $100+ deposit on a spare set for my sister with no explanation as to why. This is so weird considering I've heard good things about this company. Very disappointed and extremely unhappy with their service and staff – will most definitely be boycotting Melcorp for future housing needs.
Just phoned this Real Estate to follow-up on.a rental property. Spoke to a Receptionist with a strong Asian accent with attitude and obnoxious. Fortunately, after being placed on hold for sometime, Emily came to the rescue who was most professional and prompt. Saying that I am still waiting to hear from Sherzan who keeps promising to send forms and will call back. Hoping this feedback will prompt him to get back to me and delivery the documents/videos.
